This outdoor sculpture is made specially for installation on facades of official Dutch buildings like embassies and ministries.
The photo's above show the flag permanently installed at the Dutch parliament (2de kamer). The combination of dripping water and the Dutch flag is ment to involve more emotions into politics and also could be symbol for sad memorial days.
